Each of the four riders in driver Tom Tailight's van pool ends his or her commute at a different Summerset thoroughfare. Given the clues that follow, you should be able to find the daily order in which the riders get out of the van at each downtown stop.

1. When one rider gets out at Benford Blvd., Tom Tailight isn't the only commuter left in the van.
2. Jim gets out of the van one stop before the person who gets out at 16th St.; the latter gets out earlier in the daily drive than Art does.
3. Carol's commute ends one stop after that of the rider who gets out at Declaration Pl.
4. Three of Tom's van poolers are Linda and the people whose stops are at Benford Blvd. and Melrose Ave.
